ECHST.NET への解約完了
ECHST.NET866-452-5108から毎月39.95ドルの請求が来ているという方からの依頼で解約方法をお調べし、当方が用意した英文メールを送っていただいたところ、当初、「Unfortunately there isn’t an account associated with the email provided.」という返事が来たものの、他にメールアドレスはないことを伝えたところ翌日「With the information provided, we see that there is a current subscription to website: xxx.com. You had a 3 day trial and then it automatically enrolled you into a monthly subscription. Would you like to cancel this?」という返信があり、解約を希望する旨返信してもらったところ無事に解約手続きが完了しました。
